Welsh midwife and fitness model Claire Crowther  tipped the scales at 88 kg (at 5ft 3), she was a "comfort eater", hated seeing herself in photos and refused to plan a wedding for fear of walking down the aisle as a "fat bride".

She struggled to fit exercise into her busy schedule as a working mum, and relied too heavily on convenience food.
